About the Role

You will manage end-to-end administrative processes for opening accounts and onboarding institutional partners. You will review corporate documents, maintain partner records, follow up on outstanding items, and automate onboarding and treasury-management workflows using AI tools and scripts. You will identify and implement technology solutions that improve treasury operations and settlement channels.

Requirements

• Analyze and interpret corporate agreements and ownership structures

• Handle bureaucratic processes and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account-opening administrative processes
• Coordinate institutional contacts, KYC, and compliance for partner onboarding
• Analyze corporate agreements and complex ownership structures
• Manage partner registration records and documentation
• Follow up with institutional partners to accelerate processes
• Automate onboarding processes using AI tools and scripts
• Support the automation of treasury-management workflows
• Identify and implement technology solutions to optimize treasury management
• Contribute to the expansion and efficiency of settlement channels
