Strategy & M&A Intern (6 months)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work policy. The internship starts in January 2027 and lasts six months.

hirify.global is an independent music streaming platform and a publicly listed French technology company operating in the music and entertainment industry.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and strategic analysis across the music streaming and entertainment industries.
• Support corporate strategy, market entry, growth, and expansion planning.
• Build and update Excel models for business cases, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Screen potential M&A targets and support due diligence through financial, market, business model, and risk analysis.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and other business teams on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently completing the final year or a gap year at a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 and based in Paris.

• Previous experience at an international consulting firm or in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Interest in the technology and start-up environment.
