Collections Analyst (Analista de Cobrança)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil — hybrid work with regular office presence, customer interactions or visits, and work from home.

What you will do

• Contact delinquent customers through WhatsApp and email and respond to Customer Happiness tickets.
• Improve Collections operations through automation using n8n, AI agents, APIs, integrations, and self-negotiation tools.
• Scale initiatives involving CCB generation, boleto and invoice generation, credit-protection restriction removal, and discount negotiation agents.
• Manage strategic collections and recovery vendors, monitor SLA performance, and assess deliverable quality.
• Lead vendor contract negotiations and evaluate new providers and debt portfolio sale opportunities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Backoffice, Credit, Customer Happiness, Finance, Legal, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Experience with process automation tools such as n8n, or a strong technical foundation with Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n.
• Experience in collections, credit recovery, financial operations, or a related operational area.
• Experience with CCB generation and CNAB flows involving securitization companies and banking partners.
• Experience managing vendors or external partners, including SLA tracking.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, solution design, implementation, measurement, reporting, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English required (B2–C1).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Metabase.
• Experience in fintechs, securitization companies, or banks.
• A good sense of humor.
