hirify.global is engaging an expert to deliver technical education for Nebius Academy on modern AI-enabled software development.

What you will do

• Deliver technical masterclasses and expert sessions, beginning with a masterclass on Agentic SDLC.
• Explain the transition from a traditional software development lifecycle to an agent-enabled engineering process.
• Present before-and-after examples covering task specifications, code review, QA, release practices, and engineering responsibilities.
• Share practical experience with MCP, agent configuration, agent specifications, and review gates for AI-generated code.
• Use existing Nebius Academy materials or co-create and adapt content with the curriculum team.
• Collaborate on future expert sessions and educational initiatives where relevant.

Requirements

• Current or recent hands-on engineering experience at a well-known, large industry-leading company.
• Experience as a Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, CTO, or comparable senior technical leader; Senior Engineers from FAANG-like companies may also be considered.
• Hands-on experience with both traditional software development processes and their transformation for agentic development beyond individual tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
• Practical experience with MCP, agent configuration, AI-agent specifications, and quality gates for AI-generated code.
• Ability to discuss implementation details without NDA restrictions and continued hands-on involvement in engineering processes.

• Experience scaling agentic engineering practices across a team or organization.
• Experience formalizing new engineering processes and overcoming team resistance.
• Public speaking, workshop facilitation, mentoring, or internal knowledge-sharing experience.
• Experience in high-velocity engineering environments with frequent releases.
• Experience measuring the impact of agentic development on quality, delivery speed, or engineering metrics.
