What you will do
- Manage key customer relationships and act as the main contact for supply chain matters.
- Plan customer orders with Customer Development and Order-To-Cash teams.
- Optimize service and inventory by maximizing stock on orders and minimizing obsoletes.
- Manage supply chain issues, claims, overdue responses, and root cause analysis.
- Analyze KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects focused on availability, forecasting, event execution, and delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate with planning, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply and demand variances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- At least 3 years of business experience, preferably in customer service processes.
- Experience with SAP functionalities; SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven record of performance improvement.
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to adapt quickly to change.
