What you will do

Receive the daily maintenance work order schedule from the branch supervisor.
Arrange work orders according to the service route.
Confirm maintenance appointments with customers one hour before each visit.
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance delays or cancellations.
Submit completed work order schedules and invoices to the branch supervisor.
Reconcile spare parts and products with warehouse records.

Requirements

Ability to coordinate daily maintenance work orders and service routes.
Ability to communicate with customers about appointments, delays, and cancellations.
Ability to review spare-parts permissions before collecting items from the warehouse.
Ability to handle invoices and reconcile spare parts and products.
