Senior Specialist, Cyber Security Architecture

Location: Hybrid role based at the Rosemead, California facility; employees must work and reside in California. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $143,900–$215,800 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate cybersecurity tools and controls across infrastructure, network, and application environments.
• Perform security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analyses for information systems.
• Support cybersecurity architects in evaluating and designing new security solutions and service areas.
• Monitor technology risks, investigate suspected attacks, manage security incidents, and use forensics where appropriate.
• Develop security metrics, alerts, dashboards, reports, and audit evidence.
• Maintain incident response plans and coordinate project status, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in information technology, information security, and/or cybersecurity.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience evaluating, testing, and assessing security tools and controls across infrastructure, network, and application environments.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements, tracking project status and timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity architecture practices and security solution design.
• Successful completion of a NERC/CIP personnel risk assessment or background investigation is required before hiring.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CISSP, Security+, CISM, or PMP certification.
