Senior Manager, Enterprise & Cyber Security Architecture Manager - Cyber Security

Location: Hoover, Alabama; Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; Nashville, Tennessee; or Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The position is intended to be onsite now or in the near future, with full office days at least three days per week. Regions does not provide relocation assistance.

Salary: $184,297.85–$238,930 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive plan and the Long Term Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead the development, evolution, and governance of enterprise and security architecture across information systems, data, technical, solution, application, infrastructure, and cloud domains.
• Partner with technology, operations, digital, data, and business leaders to advance enterprise business and technology strategies.
• Analyze business drivers, industry trends, technology trends, and current-state environments to identify architecture requirements, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop implementation plans, oversee architecture execution and refinement, and maintain design and analysis documentation.
• Standardize on-premises and cloud infrastructure, application architectures, and frameworks.
• Ensure security controls, risk management, compliance, and disciplined change management support the organization’s risk appetite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience across two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment.
• At least two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Expert knowledge of security principles, solutions, tools, methodologies, virtualization, and cloud-computing risks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and security architecture, management, business re-engineering, and applicable regulations.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps and cloud deployment.
• Experience in banking or financial services technology environments.
• Knowledge of application development, DevOps, Agile, secure coding, and information security architecture principles.
• Experience communicating with executives, translating banking challenges into actionable plans, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
