Strategic Projects Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site. hirify.global Labs works in person in San Francisco.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 base salary per year, plus equity and performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Own delivery of datasets and environments from intake and scoping through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes that make quality visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Work with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Requirements

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement learning workflows.
• Outstanding organization, judgment, and communication skills.
• High ownership, strong initiative, and a bias toward action.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with data labeling or annotation operations.
• Exposure to evaluations or machine learning training-data pipelines.
