Extended Enterprise Product Manager

Location: Marseille Area, based in Marignane, France; regular travel in Europe is required. This is a local contract position.

What you will do

• Deliver and deploy Extended Enterprise solutions with end-to-end accountability across suppliers, partners, customers, hirify.global, and hirify.global Helicopters users.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including development, operation, service continuity, and compliance with service-level agreements and security policies.
• Support business consulting, use-case definition, solution design, proof-of-concept delivery, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Lead or contribute to implementation, acceptance, and run activities as a project or work-package leader.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, demands, supplier setup, escalations, monitoring, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholders and streamline the Extended Enterprise portfolio, processes, and organization across core countries.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an IT operational environment, with strong IT landscape integration experience.
• Experience with business requirements, customer service, quality delivery, partner and subcontractor management, stakeholder management, and customer expectations.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and accountability skills.
• French and English negotiation-level proficiency required.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required.
