Senior Mining Technology Representative (Mining Technology)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite five days a week. Travel required up to 50% domestically and internationally. Domestic relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead technology prospecting, customer qualification, and Gateway 1 approval activities.
• Partner with dealers to identify, develop, and advance mining technology deployment opportunities.
• Design and support sales, rental, used-equipment, forecasting, and strategy plans.
• Support the rollout of new products and strengthen dealer capabilities.
• Review dealer sales performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer focus, decision-making, communications, relationship management, and value selling.
• Working knowledge of the mining or related industry, including industry trends, products, and regulatory considerations.
• Working knowledge of negotiation and business development principles.
• Ability to develop customer solutions, qualify sales prospects, negotiate relationships, and communicate with clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Jakarta five days per week and travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
