Senior Process Technician (Industrial Gases)

Location: Shenzhen, China; onsite plant operations

What you will do

• Operate and monitor ASU, ONG, and HPN plants, including process adjustment, product quality control, trailer filling, equipment inspections, QMAC monitoring, and production reporting.
• Support plant startup, emergency shutdowns, emergency response, troubleshooting, and other activities led by the production supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity inspections, equipment checks, troubleshooting, and support major maintenance and turnaround work.
• Manage contractor and visitor safety, issue safety permits, participate in safety meetings and audits, and cooperate with the Emergency Management Bureau.
• Manage plant spare parts, including receiving, storage, safety-stock reviews, and related transactions.
• Analyze and optimize operating parameters, complete energy-management documentation, and coordinate with logistics, operations, maintenance, OTS, OSC, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in industrial plant process operations and equipment inspection.
• Ability to perform assigned preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, troubleshooting, and routine equipment tasks independently after training.
• Ability to manage field, maintenance, construction, contractor, and visitor safety requirements.
• Willingness to remain on call for plant emergency response support 24 hours a day when required.
• Must work onsite in Shenzhen, China.
