Contract Recruiter (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio; the description also states that the role will be located at the Centennial, Colorado facility. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

What you will do

• Manage and support full life-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Source qualified candidates through networking channels and social media.
• Build candidate pipelines for specialized skill sets and roles within the Propulsion division.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide regular updates and candidate feedback.
• Manage applicants in the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate communications aligned with company values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment.
• 3+ years of substantial recruiting experience for manufacturing roles in aviation, aerospace, or defense.
• Experience using innovative sourcing methods, alternative search technology, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Ability to build pipelines for niche talent, work independently, and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.
