Technical Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required up to 75% of the time; relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and manage supplier assessment plans, schedules, deliverables, and project resources.
• Lead supplier change management assessments through self-assessments, document reviews, risk evaluations, and onsite validations.
• Analyze supplier processes, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate Supplier Engineering, Global Supply Management, Quality, Operations, and supplier stakeholders.
• Track corrective actions through closure and drive sustainable implementation.
• Prepare reports, executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, methodologies, training materials, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical program management, supplier engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting supplier assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier management, change control, and risk management.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with project management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Power BI, or Tableau, and ability to work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PCN, ECN/ECO, CAPA, supplier quality systems, risk management, and change management.
• PMP, CQA, ISO Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, CMQ/OE, CQE, or related certifications.
