Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst (EPIC HB)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and application-level support for Epic and other hospital revenue cycle software modules.
• Analyze revenue cycle workflows and configure applications for operational requests.
• Automate processes using available technology solutions and bots.
• Analyze and resolve system issues affecting hospital billing applications, while communicating status and corrective actions to end users.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Operations, Information Technology, third-party systems, vendors, and management on system solutions and project direction.
• Mentor entry-level analysts and contribute to team delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or a technology-related field.
• Analytical, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to work within deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes and application configuration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and work independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations or healthcare technology.
• Certification in one or more Epic modules, preferably Resolute Hospital Billing/Claims.

Salary: $84,577.92–$97,365.24 annually. Actual salary depends on experience, specialty, education, and hospital needs; the range excludes bonuses, differential pay, and other compensation or benefits.
