Investment Analyst

Location: Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with office attendance 4 days per week and remote work flexibility 1 day per week

What you will do

• Support regional equity product management efforts across Asia, excluding Japan.
• Analyze portfolio positioning, performance attribution, investment risk, market and industry trends, competitive positioning, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Partner with investment directors, investment specialists, relationship teams, and internal stakeholders to support strategy growth and positioning.
• Create and maintain marketing and client materials, review RFPs, and respond to client questions.
• Participate in external client and prospect meetings.
• Automate workflows and collaborate on client solutions and new investment approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with very strong academic credentials and a record of achievement.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in equity investing, capital markets, markets, and client needs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with FactSet and AI tools is beneficial but not essential.
