What you will do

• Provide liquidity and manage risk in ETFs, index futures, and related products across major Asian exchanges.
• Execute and manage index arbitrage books and relative value strategies.
• Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for Delta One products.
• Monitor and optimize trading positions to maximize profitability while adhering to strict risk limits.
• Collaborate with sales, research, and structuring teams to provide market insights and trading ideas.
• Maintain relationships with exchanges, brokers, and counterparties within the Asian financial ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Hong Kong.
• University degree in Finance, STEM, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Delta One trading or equity derivatives.
• Strong background in ETF trading and index arbitrage.
• Proven experience trading across major Asian exchanges such as HKEX, SGX, TSE, or KRX.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and generate P&L in high-pressure environments.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
