Associate Director, Patient Services Training - Systems (Salesforce Health Cloud)

Location: Fully remote and performable from anywhere; approximately 25% domestic travel, including travel to the home office in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Salary: $155,000–$201,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the Patient Services-wide systems training strategy in alignment with organizational goals, product launches, and system roadmaps.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, Five9, reporting tools, dashboards, and emerging patient services technologies.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve live, virtual, and e-learning training for Intake, Case Management, Field Access Management, and Patient Education teams.
• Develop and govern training decks, job aids, work instructions, workflow diagrams, quick reference guides, and controlled documentation.
• Partner with Patient Services, IT, Compliance, Commercial Learning & Development, and Operations on system design, change management, UAT, releases, and deployment readiness.
• Track training effectiveness, system adoption, and compliance metrics while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of combined experience in patient services or HUB/specialty access operations and training design or delivery in a regulated environment.
• Deep CRM expertise, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud, including architecture, workflow design, user support, and training ownership.
• Experience leading and scaling training programs in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
• Expertise in work instructions, job aids, controlled documents, adult learning theory, and instructional design frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Storyline, plus strong communication, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.

• Hands-on experience with Field Reimbursement.
• Product launch experience in a Patient Services environment.
