Manager I, Technical Product Management

Location: Hybrid role based at one of three U.S. locations: Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $128,300–$187,500 annually.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with engineering, product, IT, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, technical challenges, operational issues, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while implementing agile, Scrum, and other project management practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• At least 1 year of management or project leadership experience, or equivalent subject-matter leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, databases, system architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, plus strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
