Human Resources Senior Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, California, US. Hybrid work mode with required onsite attendance at an SCE facility; employees must work and reside in California. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year.

What you will do

• Manage large, mid- to long-term HR projects, including costs, methods, schedules, and outcomes.
• Develop business plans, organizational objectives, initiatives, and project priorities.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and enterprise-wide transformation workstreams.
• Design and implement change-management strategies, employee communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Track benefits realization, satisfaction surveys, metrics, dashboards, and project ROI.
• Advise senior leaders and coordinate third-party vendors to ensure delivery and contractual compliance.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in human resources project management.
• Experience managing large, complex projects that affect HR strategy and business objectives.
• Must work and reside in California.
• Experience with project portfolio or reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Power BI.
• Experience leading change management, including communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant education and experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations involving multiple workstreams and vendors.
