Bus Ops Anlys, Sr Spec (Business Operations Analysis)

Location: Hybrid role based at the SCE facility in Pomona, California; employees are required to work and reside in California. The primary work location is Pomona, PIV1.

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year.

What you will do

• Provide reporting on key metrics for major programs and initiatives.
• Develop, produce, and track KPIs through automated processes and dashboards.
• Monitor project documentation and records, including costs, resources, schedules, and status.
• Deliver business intelligence and data analysis reports for management, audits, and high-visibility requests.
• Research operational topics and provide information for organizational decision-making.
• Improve business operations processes and maintain systems and tools for records management and communications.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Experience performing detailed analysis, investigating complex issues, drawing insights from data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Advanced experience creating and editing complex reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and improve customer satisfaction and operational productivity.
• Must work and reside in California; regular attendance at the Pomona SCE facility is required.

Nice to have

• Five years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
