LTL Specialist (Warehouse Shipping)

Location: Delran, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse role.

Hiring range: $17.25–$32.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Build, prepare, wrap, stage, and store LTL and small-parcel shipments.
• Verify merchandise against packing lists and confirm shipment weights and dimensions.
• Follow company and partner-specific shipping requirements.
• Coordinate shipping workflows with warehouse departments and support shipping and receiving operations.
• Operate forklifts and other authorized material-handling equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized, and replenished work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of computers and warehouse systems.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• One or more years of warehouse experience and forklift experience are preferred.
