Lead Warehouse Technician (HVAC)

Location: Naples, Florida; on-site 5 days per week

Salary: $26.00–$30.43 per hour

What you will do

• Lead warehouse activities covering receipt, staging, storage, transfer, picking, and delivery of HVAC equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, operate material handling equipment, and coordinate inbound and outbound freight.
• Receive materials into inventory, maintain accurate part and quantity records, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts, stock and arrange products, support annual inventory, and maintain warehouse housekeeping.
• Prioritize material deliveries to internal customers and coordinate with local and regional freight companies.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates while reinforcing safe material handling practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial vehicles, such as forklifts.
• Ability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to complete required safety training, certifications, and testing.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
