ArcGIS Development – Compliance & Quality Reporting Advisor (ArcGIS): Leading technology solutions for quality-control field operations and reporting across utility construction and maintenance work with an accent on GIS-based applications, data quality, compliance, and process improvement. Focus on designing ArcGIS maps, dashboards, forms, and applications, analyzing datasets with SQL, and implementing reporting and automation solutions.
Location: Pomona, California, US; hybrid work with required residence and work in California. The role includes up to 5% travel and field work throughout the SCE service territory. Relocation does not apply.
Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year

What you will do
- Lead technology solutions for quality-control field operations, compliance initiatives, and reporting.
- Track and analyze performance, recommend improvements, and drive quality assurance plans.
- Design, develop, and oversee data-related work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Create training curricula and educate employees on process and performance improvement methods.
- Evaluate data-gathering, record-maintenance, and documentation practices; identify compliance risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Analyze business processes and assess alternative solutions for replacing outdated processes.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in advanced data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Information Systems, Geospatial Science, or Computer Science for GIS is preferred.
- Three years of advanced SQL experience, including writing, troubleshooting, and dataset analysis.
- Experience developing and maintaining GIS solutions in ArcGIS, including web maps, dashboards, feature layers, forms, and applications.
- Experience with ArcGIS Survey123, application troubleshooting, integrations, data synchronization, and user-reported defects.
- Experience with Power Automate, SQL, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies, with examples of personally implemented solutions.
