Field LH Support Rep-1

Location: Onsite in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 19:00–01:00.

hirify.global provides transportation and logistics services, including linehaul and package delivery operations.

What you will do

• Dispatch transportation equipment according to linehaul plans and company procedures.
• Coordinate cargo shipments to maximize trailer volume while meeting delivery obligations.
• Enter dispatch events in the transportation management system and verify equipment locations through yard inventories.
• Complete yard checks, confirm trailer load and unload status, and report missing equipment.
• Investigate schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures, implementing contingency plans for on-time delivery.
• Compile operational reports, review trailer load condition reports, and support business control self-assessment audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a PC Windows environment and complete required training and testing.
• For driving-related duties, a valid driver's license and a driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the previous 24 months are required.
• If residing in Quebec, bilingual French and English proficiency is required.
