What you will do
- Plan and organize driver schedules for vehicle pick-ups.
- Confirm pickup details and vehicle status.
- Check towing availability and offer customers suitable time slots.
- Complete order forms and other transactional documents.
- Answer internal customer calls and relay accurate information to drivers.
- Collaborate with call center agents, branch managers, buyers, and drivers.
Requirements
- French and English bilingualism required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
