Equipment Inventory Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: Lethbridge County, Alberta, Canada; onsite yard work required

Salary: CAD 17.54–21.93 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records for equipment and other assets across the site, including receiving, release, reconciliation, and sale-cycle tracking.
• Identify and label equipment using make, model, serial numbers, and seller reference numbers.
• Assist customers delivering or picking up equipment and respond to inventory-related questions.
• Process TDG, BOL, ESQ, delivery tickets, customs paperwork, and other operational documentation.
• Maintain inventory information in MARS Desktop, iInspector, Salesforce, and SaleSite, and support reporting on SLAs and KPIs.
• Promote safe yard operations, including safely moving and storing equipment and communicating safety requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, record-keeping, and basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, team members, and management by email, Teams, and phone.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round and climb on and off large equipment trucks.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
