Transportation and logistics operations supporting linehaul dispatch, trailer movement, and package delivery service.

What you will do

• Dispatch transportation equipment according to linehaul plans and defined company procedures.
• Coordinate cargo shipments to maximize trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations.
• Enter dispatch events into the transportation management system and verify equipment, loading, and unloading status through yard inventories and checks.
• Investigate and report schedule delays, accidents, equipment failures, and missing equipment, implementing contingency plans when required.
• Review DOT roadside violations and trailer load condition reports, and provide operational data and reports to management.
• Support Business Control Self Assessment audit activities and communicate safety initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 21:00 to 03:00.
• If residing in Quebec, bilingual French and English communication is required.
• Ability to work in a PC Windows environment and complete mandatory testing, training, and recurring accreditations.
