Field LH Support Rep-3 (Logistics)

Location: 45 Di Poce Way, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Onsite role, Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00.

What you will do

• Dispatch transportation equipment according to the linehaul plan and established schedules.
• Optimize trailer capacity while meeting package delivery obligations and maintaining service integrity.
• Enter dispatch events in the transportation management system and verify equipment locations through yard inventories.
• Complete yard checks, confirm trailer loading and unloading status, and report missing equipment.
• Investigate schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures, implementing contingency plans for on-time delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, review compliance documentation, and support Business Control Self Assessment audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a PC Windows environment and complete required training and certifications.
• For roles requiring driving as a core competency, a valid driver's licence and an acceptable driving record are required.
• If residing in Quebec, bilingual French and English proficiency is required.
