Shuttle Bus Driver

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; onsite at the hirify.global campus

Salary: $22–$27 per hour

What you will do

• Operate scheduled shuttle routes between hirify.global campus buildings in El Segundo.
• Transport employees, visitors, executives, and approved guests safely and professionally.
• Provide executive transportation to local airports and other approved business destinations.
• Support special events, executive visits, employee events, and campus traffic-safety needs.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain mileage logs, route records, incident reports, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with Global Security, Facilities, GSOC, and campus operations while reporting accidents, hazards, vehicle issues, and service disruptions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California Commercial Class B Driver’s License and Passenger Endorsement required.
• Required commercial driver qualifications, medical certification, licensing, and an acceptable driving record.
• At least two years of professional driving experience preferred, particularly in shuttle, bus, passenger, executive, or corporate campus transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and safety skills.
• Availability for varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Ability to sit and drive for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee shuttle routes, corporate transportation programs, executive or airport transportation, or electric shuttle vehicles.
• Familiarity with El Segundo, LAX, and surrounding Los Angeles-area routes.
• Defensive driving, Smith System, First Aid, or CPR certification.
