Airport Parking Location Manager

Location: Juneau, Alaska, United States. Workplace type: Onsite.

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead daily airport parking operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team.
• Analyze location profit and loss, budgets, pricing, resource allocation, and cost controls.
• Develop revenue-generation, customer-acquisition, and direct-marketing strategies.
• Coordinate parking logistics during events and high-traffic periods.
• Manage client relationships and identify business-development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of leadership experience in the parking management industry.
• Experience with customer service, client relationship management, and team building.
• Proficiency in location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.
• Ability to work onsite in Juneau, Alaska.
