What you will do

• Help customers select new and pre-owned Infiniti vehicles by analyzing their transportation needs.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through vehicle purchase and lease processes.
• Work with management to structure leases and purchases.
• Build customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain current knowledge of the Infiniti product line and attend required sales training.

Requirements

• Motivation to build a career in automotive retail.
• VIP-level customer service skills, including anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass company pre-employment screening.
