Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Location: 2201 NE Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, Florida, United States; on-site dealership role

What you will do

• Assist customers with financing options and present finance, warranty, and protection products.
• Structure and close vehicle deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Submit deals to lenders, negotiate financing terms, secure approvals, and make credit decisions.
• Prepare contracts, disclosures, delivery paperwork, title documents, and registration documentation.
• Monitor contract funding, audit post-sale deals, and resolve funding issues with sales, accounting, and lenders.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement practices that improve profitability and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures, title laws, and vehicle registration processes.
• Experience working with lenders and securing financing approvals.
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
