What you will do

• Develop mission architectures, operational concepts, and system-of-systems solutions for critical warfighting challenges.
• Collaborate with DIA sponsors, the Intelligence Community, mission divisions, systems engineering teams, and the broader hirify.global organization.
• Apply multidisciplinary engineering approaches to evaluate mission needs and improve intelligence mission effectiveness.
• Tailor MBSE frameworks to sponsor requirements and lead engineering analyses and architecture development.
• Lead small multidisciplinary teams and shape technical approaches for future capability development.
• Support high-impact sponsor work, business development, department talent development, and technical thought leadership.

Requirements

• Lead-level systems engineering and technical leadership experience.
• Experience with mission architectures, operational concepts, and system-of-systems solutions.
• Ability to perform engineering analysis and architecture development using multidisciplinary approaches.
• Ability to work with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community sponsors.
• Required security clearance eligibility as specified for the requisition.
