Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

Location: Must be located in Canada and work a hybrid schedule from the Mississauga office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $140,240–$190,240 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based cash incentive equal to 20% of base pay

What you will do

• Lead and coach Portfolio Managers responsible for service offerings and product lifecycle programs.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies based on market conditions, competitive intelligence, customer requirements, distribution channels, and company offerings.
• Own product and service lifecycles, including custom requirements, product transitions, discontinuations, inventory objectives, and end-of-life plans.
• Contribute to 3–5-year roadmaps, business cases, market requirements, integrated business planning inputs, and executive performance reporting.
• Approve pricing, promotion, distribution, training, and enablement strategies while monitoring revenue, margin, and product costs.
• Oversee new service development, beta planning, innovation initiatives, and cost-reduction programs with development, finance, marketing, and engineering partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in portfolio management or a similar field, including at least 5+ years leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing Portfolio or Product Managers.
• Experience owning moderately to highly complex product or service lines and contributing to long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, end-of-life planning, pricing, margin management, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Must be located in Canada and able to work 3 days in the Mississauga office and 2 days remotely.
