What you will do

• Execute source-to-contract procurement processes aligned with business goals, category strategies, and industry best practices.
• Support requisition-to-pay and contract execution activities while maintaining procurement policy compliance.
• Manage site-owned supplier relationships, including lower-risk negotiations, workshops, and supplier performance activities.
• Provide tactical input to risk mitigation plans and identify procurement risks affecting operational resilience.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and identify inefficiencies in procurement process design and execution.
• Collaborate with business leads, category managers, procurement leads, and strategy stakeholders to deliver team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant procurement, supply chain, operations, or business experience.
• Experience with procurement activities including source-to-contract, requisition-to-pay, bidding, cost assessment, and negotiation.
• Experience supporting procurement process implementation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to build consensus, manage challenging situations, and maintain effective performance.
