Annual salary range: $120,898–$120,902 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to module process development, process integration flows, and equipment configuration for manufacturing modules.
• Support yield improvement by analyzing defect data, conducting experiments, and assisting with risk assessments.
• Perform electrical characterization of transistors and analyze data to improve yield and process conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize metrology strategies and troubleshoot process flow issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or another hard science discipline.
• Research experience related to semiconductor materials.
• Ability to work in a laboratory and clean room environment while using required safety equipment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process technologies.
• Experience with device testing, data analysis, DLTS, or cryo-prober measurements is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Track record of demonstrating safety leadership in a laboratory environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
