What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple financial services and insurance clients.
• Define and implement technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Guide customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their data and AI transformation strategy.
• Build networks of technical champions and align stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
• Lead virtual technical teams and collaborate with sales and technical peers to drive customer business outcomes.
• Present technical points of view to executives, influencers, and other key decision-makers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing presales experience in the financial services and insurance domain.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation and using data to drive organizational change.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, and Scala.
• Ability to establish virtual teams, lead them to success, and build relationships with executives and influencers.
