Location: Tempe, Arizona, USA; hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel

What you will do
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for operating expenses, capital, and promotion spending across the off-road vehicle business.
- Partner with Selling Channels, Product Line Sales, Service, and SIOP teams on business planning, performance management, and financial analysis.
- Provide financial guidance for promotions, retail growth, market share, gross profit, and strategic dealer incentive programs.
- Analyze promotions balance sheet reserves, reconcile monthly results, identify trends, and recommend actions.
- Build financial models and tools to improve dealer profitability insights and support dealer network optimization.
- Develop and mentor interns, associates, and analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an advanced degree is desired.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience.
- Experience with Power BI, OneStream, or Alteryx is required.
- Experience coordinating divisional or corporate budgets and forecasts, supporting monthly close, and preparing senior-leadership reporting.
- Strong data analysis, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
