Senior Specialist, Real Estate

What you will do

• Manage a multi-format real estate portfolio covering headquarters, co-working spaces, rider hubs, and city offices.
• Partner with regional brands to implement global real estate guidelines, optimize portfolios, and deliver cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead large-scale office construction, relocation, reinstatement, build-out, workplace design, and space-planning projects.
• Manage annual Capex budgeting, lease negotiations, capital expenditure tracking, and portfolio optimization.
• Maintain lease administration data in Tango and provide standardized reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Oversee health, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, or commercial real estate advisory within a global or high-growth technology environment.
• Experience managing multi-format portfolios, large-scale office construction projects, lease negotiations, and workplace design implementations.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, permits, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with regional brands and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with lease management systems, preferably Tango, and advanced Excel-based financial modeling for lease and Capex tracking.
