Pharmacy Technician - Sterile IV Compounding (Sterile IV Compounding)

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite. Rotating schedule with variable days, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $25.17–$36.08 per hour.

What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic technique under pharmacist direction.
• Set up compounding rooms, equipment, and supplies for sterile solution preparation.
• Participate in cleanroom product introduction activities.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Prepare records and monitor pharmaceutical quality assurance testing results.
• Follow CAPS policies, procedures, and established operating guidelines.

Requirements

• California Pharmacy Technician License issued by the California Board of Pharmacy required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of the pharmacy technical field and ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
• Ability to stand regularly, use hands for handling and reaching, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• cGMP training or experience; training will be provided.
• Aseptic processing training or experience; training will be provided.
