TL;DR
Technician 1 (Hardware and Software): Diagnosing, repairing, configuring, and supporting hardware and software under the direction of a Depot Team Leader with an accent on following work instructions and completing configuration jobs. Focus on troubleshooting IT equipment, performing moderately advanced configurations, and maintaining installed hardware and software.
Location: Wilmington, OH, United States; onsite
Salary: $20.19–$25.48 per hour

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
- Perform moderate to advanced configuration jobs with limited assistance.
- Install and configure hardware and software according to work instruction documents.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Depot Team Leader.
- Collaborate with Senior Technicians and Leads when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ or ITF+ certification preferred, or certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
- Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, Ohio.
