Salary: $22.84–$28.89 per hour

What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish defective computer systems.
• Validate the completeness, specifications, and quality of refurbished and repaired equipment.
• Ensure completed items meet customer, manufacturer, and industry standards.
• Mentor, train, and assist Technician I employees.
• Receive returned inventory and support warehouse put-away, location management, and audits.
• Maintain existing certifications and obtain additional certifications as needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience repairing or configuring computer systems.
• Strong technology troubleshooting, diagnostic, mechanical, and technical skills.
• Ability to read complex work instructions and schematics.
• CompTIA A+ certification and at least two manufacturer certifications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, document work accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
