Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents

What you will do

• Build session, context, persistence, resumption, and hand-over capabilities while preserving reasoning trails and resolving identity-based entitlements.
• Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, including manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
• Build agentic flow runtimes for multi-step work with tools, human-in-the-loop decisions, and multimodal speech and image input.
• Create evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy before production release.
• Develop a language interface for scheduling and optimisation engines, expressing operational trade-offs in customer terminology.
• Implement security controls covering prompt-injection resistance, personal data, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating production AI-native systems used by real customers.
• Experience with Go and Python, production-grade GenAI solutions, RAG pipelines, embeddings, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS solutions and service-to-service integration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, and MCP, including MCP development and plan-based agentic software.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, CI/CD pipelines, API gateways, and API products such as Kong or Tyk.
• Hybrid work based in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
