Research Project Manager

Location: Shea Medical Office Building, 10290 N 92nd St, Scottsdale, Arizona; must reside in Arizona

What you will do

• Coordinate, develop, and implement research grants and operational processes across the research network.
• Monitor grant budgets, financials, personnel, information management, investigator-initiated trials, and administrative services.
• Manage sponsored-project compliance, proposal submissions, award setup, financial reporting, and award closeouts.
• Partner with principal investigators, research program managers, faculty, staff, consultants, physician scientists, finance, and leadership.
• Track and analyze operational metrics, grant budget variances, outcomes, expenses, and productivity.
• Develop research policies, procedures, reports, grant materials, and training for faculty and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least two years of grants management experience.
• Residence in Arizona is required.
• Experience supporting grant operations, budgets, compliance, reporting, or clinical research processes.
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business or a health-related field.
• Clinical Research Certification, Grants Professionals Certification, or Certified Grants Management Specialist certification.
