Software Engineer II, Agentic AI Developer Tools

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
• Build coding harnesses, reusable libraries, integrations, and supporting services using Python and TypeScript.
• Configure coding agents to generate, test, debug, and refine software safely.
• Develop Model Context Protocol servers, tools, automated tests, and validation controls for AI-assisted software development.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and agile delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and performance issues while collaborating with engineering, implementation, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

• Practical software development experience with Python, TypeScript, or comparable programming languages.
• Understanding of application design, APIs, source control, debugging, and automated testing.
• Experience building or integrating developer tools, automation frameworks, or software libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software development, deployment, and operational support.
• Ability to manage semi-complex assignments independently and communicate technical information clearly.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenCode.
• Exposure to agentic programming, coding agents, or large language model application development.
• Experience developing Model Context Protocol servers, tools, or integrations.
• Familiarity with prompt design, tool calling, evaluations, and AI workflow observability.
• Experience supporting implementations or troubleshooting software directly with clients.
