Leadership Development Program - Lakeland - Summer 2027 (Insurance)

Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States. Hybrid work model with 80% in-office and 20% remote work after training; up to four additional weeks of remote work annually through the hirify.global Flex Program.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• At least six months of leadership experience through academic projects, volunteering, athletics, extracurricular activities, research, supervision, or leadership coursework.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
• Adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and willingness to grow into an insurance leadership role.
