Location: On-site at 3280 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096, USA

Hourly pay: $16.65–$20.40 per hour, plus eligibility for an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead daily store operations, including opening, closing, facility security, compliance, and safety.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, merchandise, and customer relationship management.
• Resolve customer escalations and deliver personalized customer service.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager and store staff.
• Manage inventory, product displays, payments, receipts, deposits, and the storage auction process.
• Conduct property inspections, lock checks, cleaning, light maintenance, landscaping, and tasks requiring lifting over 30 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to vendors and other worksites.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in adverse environmental conditions.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
