Vice-President, Digital Discoverability and Shopping (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise digital discoverability, digital storefront, and transformation roadmap across Canada and the United States.
• Lead and develop a large, multidisciplinary crew, including senior product and delivery leaders, while driving agile operating models and cross-squad alignment.
• Own SEO, AI search visibility, organic social, online community, creator, digital PR, awards, and brand authority strategies.
• Lead UX, information architecture, journey optimization, accessibility, site search, appointment booking, chatbot, and branch or location finder capabilities.
• Oversee content strategy, publishing governance, analytics, CRO, experimentation, performance reporting, CMS integrations, platform reliability, and AI-enabled operational efficiency.
• Ensure digital experiences, marketing claims, social activity, influencer programs, and content comply with legal, regulatory, privacy, brand, and risk requirements.

Requirements

• 12–18 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, web strategy, digital product management, or integrated brand and discoverability strategy.
• 7–10 years of people leadership experience, including leadership of large multidisciplinary teams in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading leaders, owning high-traffic consumer-facing digital experiences, delivering measurable outcomes across multiple markets, and leading large-scale digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, GEO, AI search, organic social, influencer marketing, UX, analytics, CMS, conversion optimization, and digital marketing tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, storytelling, and senior leadership communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Experience with cross-border operations across Canada and the United States.
