Full-Time Member Service Representative (Financial Services)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA; service center assignment will vary within El Paso County. Two weeks of mandatory paid training are required at the Wings headquarters in Colorado Springs.

Salary: $18.75–$19.75 per hour, plus incentives and a 3% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Provide accurate, professional face-to-face service, including monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance.
• Identify member needs and promote deposit, lending, card, investment, and business banking products.
• Support member retention and acquisition while meeting monthly sales standards.
• Follow credit union policies, safety procedures, service standards, and financial regulations, including BSA and CFPB requirements.
• Handle physical money and transactional requests with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, basic math, and member-service skills.
• Comfort handling physical money directly with members.
• Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems.
• Availability for two weeks of mandatory paid training in Colorado Springs and assignment within El Paso County.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Experience using 10-Key by touch.
